Bettie Walther's Obituary
Bettie L. Walther, 86, of Culpeper died Friday, June 20, 2014 at Culpeper Baptist Retirement Community. She was born July 5, 1927 in Derby, Virginia to the late Blanche Bishop Patrick and the late Guy Patrick.
She is survived by a son, Paul Walther and his wife, Liz of Culpeper, a daughter, Patricia Griffin, and her husband, Jim, of Lewes, Delaware; three grandchildren, Peter and his wife, Jordan, Davis, and Madison Walther; and one great grandson, Samuel Walther.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Peter Dennis Walther, and a sister, Anne Wright.
Bettie was devoted to her family and enjoyed gardening and painting.
A graveside service will be held Friday, June 27 at 12 pm at Culpeper National Cemetery with the Rev. Peter Way officiating.
