My mom is Erma and Nellie was my grandma. Uncle Norris told me the Christmas before his passing that you had started doing family research. We are so sorry for your loss. You and Donnie have always done the best you could do for both your mom and dad in their time of need. It is so hard watching them suffer. But she is now where she has wanted to be for a long time and that is with John. She was a very special lady and I found that out when I first met her working at Kmart. I went into Kmart Tuesday and there were still two people working there that remembered her and said there would be no one as dedicated as Bertha was. They were right.
