Bertha Fincham's Obituary
Bertha May McFarling Fincham, 87, of Culpeper died Tuesday, September 14, 2010 at Martha Jefferson Hospital in Charlottesville. She was born March 7, 1923 in Slate Mills, VA to the late Dick and Novella Richards McFarling.
Mrs. Fincham was a caring, giving person who was always dedicated to her family and friends.
She is survived by her son, Steve R. Fincham and his wife, Darlene of Wenonah, NJ, her grandson, Steven J. Fincham of Wenonah, NJ and other family members, Lynn Boon, Archie Lee Dodson, and Oscar Settle, all of Culpeper.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Meade Ross Fincham.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 18, 2010 at 2 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA with Rev. John Farrar officiating. A one hour visitation will be held prior to the service.
Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery.
