Bernard “Bernie” Hezekiah Soutter, 63, of Culpeper, VA passed away Wednesday, June 14, 2023, at UVA Health Culpeper Medical Center. He was born September 5, 1959 to Isabelle Hawkins Soutter and the late Eugene Hezekiah Soutter.
Bernie is survived by his mother, Isabelle Hawkins Soutter; two sisters, Gloria Harper (Rex) and Teresa Seeber (Matthew); nephew, Chris Harper (Jessica); two great nieces; and a great nephew.
Funeral services will be private.
