Bernadette Marie Banks' Obituary
Bernadette Marie Banks “BB”, 23, of Lignum died Thursday, April 24, 2008 at Culpeper Regional Hospital. She was born December 26, 1984 in Charlottesville to Woodrow Banks and the late Jean Marie Starks Banks.
Bernadette attended the Shady Grove Baptist Church where she was actively involved in the choir and the youth group. She was currently working at the Culpeper Wal-Mart.
In addition to her father, she is survived by her grandmother and grandfather, Dora Marie Starks and James E. Starks, one brother, Woodrow Banks, Jr., one sister-in-law, Antoinette Marie Banks, 5 nieces and nephews, 2 great nephews, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 29, 2008 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 30, 2008 at 11am at Shady Grove Baptist Church, 21024 Piney Woods Rd., Orange, VA 22960. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
Interment will follow in Shady Grove Cemetery.
