Benjamin F. Smith Jr. (Frank), age 76 of Culpeper, VA, died Monday, June 6, 2022 at his home.
Born May 28, 1946 in Rappahannock County VA, he was the son of the late Benjamin Franklin Smith Sr. & Catherine Jenkins Smith. He was a member of Griffinsburg Baptist Church. He was a loving father, grandfather & great grandfather.
He was preceded in death by his second wife, Deborah Lynn Smith; sister, Mary Ann Hutchinson; two brothers, William (Billy) Smith, and Roger Lee Smith.
He is survived by his first wife and caretaker, Joan Ray Smith; three daughters, Yvonne Hope Fisher, Kimberly Dawn Smith Pittman, and Erica Faith Smith Wright; two sons, Benjamin Franklin Smith III, and Morgan Hunter Smith; two step-daughters, Jessica Leigh Hensler, and Jamie Lynn Foushee; two sisters, Linda Seale, and Frances Smith; two brothers, Granville Smith, and Timothy Smith; seven grandchildren, Kayla Webster, Kyle Fisher, Zachary Smith, Aaron Dodson, Micah Ugarte, Dylan Hensler, and Elisha Oberndorf.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 9, 2022 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA 22701.
A funeral service will be conducted at 12:30 PM on Friday, June 10, 2022 at Found and Sons Funeral Home Chapel 850 Sperryville Pike Culpeper, VA 22701 with Pastor Josh Shifflett officiating. Commital services and interment will follow at 2:00 PM at Hillcrest Memory Gardens, 4160 Rixeyville Rd, Jeffersonton, VA 22724.
