Beatrice Clark Newman's Obituary
Beatrice Clark Newman, 83, of Bealeton died Wednesday, August 24, 2011 at the University of Virginia Medical Center. She was born March 24, 1928 in Culpeper to the late Broadus Walter and Mary Brown Clark.
She is survived by her daughter, “Toni” Marie Garnett and her husband, Stephen of Sumerduck, three grandchildren, Marie Frances Hamilton of Gore, VA, Mandi Renee Christensen of Culpeper, and Shannon Garnett of Sumerduck and numerous great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roger Wellington Newman and five siblings, Clara Mae Brown, Olive Gore, Eleanor Woodward, Maxine Mills and Melvin L. Clark.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 29, 2011 at 11 a.m. at Grove Baptist Church with Pastor Tom Williams officiating. A one hour visitation will be held prior to the service.
Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Donovan Newman, David Newman, Albert Newman, Dustin Newman, J.D. Newman and Milo Christensen.
