Barbara Perry's Obituary
Barbara M. Perry, 75, of Culpeper, died on Thursday, December 24, 2009 at Culpeper Regional Hospital. She was born on June 1, 1935 in Culpeper to the late, George and Virgie Brown Miller.
Mrs. Perry, affectionately known as Ma, worked for the Culpeper County School System since 1970 as a bus driver and teaching drivers education. She loved the students, faculty and all she met during her career and never missed the chance to collect tickets at all the Culpeper Football games. She drove the school bus to and from several school trips, functions and many sporting events. She previously worked for Aileen’s Knit Wear and enjoyed making beautiful afghans and crocheting tablecloths.
She is survived by her husband, Lawrence Perry and her son, Richard Perry both of Culpeper.
Mrs. Perry is preceded in death by her two brothers, George and Granville and her sister, Ruby.
