Barbara Snyder Miller's Obituary
Barbara Synder Miller, 72, of Fredericksburg passed away Tuesday, June 28, 2022, after years of courageously battling cancer.
Barbara was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church in Fredericksburg and retired as the Vice President of Operations for Management and Engineering Technologies International, Inc.
The simplest pleasures in life brought great joy to Barbara. She loved to spend time with her family and friends and always captured the moment in a picture. She enjoyed telling stories, laughing, and sharing memories.
Barbara is survived by her loving husband, Jack Allen Miller; son, Nathanial Christian Miller (Nell Hinchey); granddaughter, Mary Nell Caroline Miller; sisters, Sallie Davis and Rebecca Larkin (Tom Larkin); and her brother, Jonathan Worman (Joan Worman).
She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter Worman, II and Sarah Dickey Worman; as well as her brother, Walter Worman, III.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg.
In lieu of flowers, Barbara’s family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to “Community Meals” sponsored by Christ Lutheran Church, 1300 Augustine Ave, Fredericksburg, VA 22401.
