Barbara Ann Dwyer
Barbara Ann “Baby Angel” Dwyer, 73, of Dale City died Tuesday, September 3, 2013 at Virginia Hospital Center in Arlington. She was born October 20, 1939 in Charlottesville to the late Thomas and Juanita Myers Brown.
Mrs. Dwyer was raised in Culpeper and moved to Dale City in 1965. She was a member of Hopewell United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband of 55 years, George E. Dwyer, Jr. of Dale City; her mother in law, Helena Dwyer Charles of Lignum; one sister, Joanie Suthard of Remington; her brother and sister-in-law, Richard and Connie Dwyer of Elkwood; sister-in-law Nancy Jenkins Dwyer of Culpeper; nieces, Melanie Switzer and her husband, Tony and Sharon Miller and her husband, Steve; as well as other nieces, nephews, family and friends that will miss her dearly.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brother-in-laws, Harland Suthard and Arthur Earl Dwyer and one sister-in-law, Betty Dwyer Hilton along with her husband George Hilton.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, September 8, from 2-4pm at Found and Sons Funeral Chapels of Culpeper, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 9, at 11am at Hopewell United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Stan Mulford officiating.
