Barbara Ellen Campbell's Obituary
Barbara Ellen Campbell, 80, of Culpeper died Wednesday, September 25, 2013 at her residence. She was born November 21, 1932 in Culpeper to the late Ernest Linwood and Tabitha Yowell Hutcherson.
Mrs. Campbell was a member of Mt. Holly Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening, fishing, bird watching and spending time with family and friends.
She is survived by her children; Darlene Curtis of Bristol, VA, Bonnie Cash and her husband, Eddie of Rhoadesville, Jim Campbell and his wife, Wanda of Culpeper, Donna Campbell of Culpeper, Pat Campbell of Culpeper and Chaz Campbell and his wife, Connie of Remington; one sister, Anna E. Brown of Culpeper; close friend, Peggy Bauckman; sixteen grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Edward Campbell and two brothers, Linwood Thomas and James Ernest Hutcherson.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 28, 2013 from 6 to 8 pm at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 29, 2013 at 3 pm at Mt. Holly Baptist Church with Rev. Chaz Campbell officiating.
Interment will follow in Mt. Holly Baptist Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Jim Campbell, Corey Weldmann, Billy Hutcherson, Tommy Hutcherson, Eddie Cash, Robbie Cash, Michael McManama and Simeon Campbell. Honorary pallbearers will be the Deacons of Mt. Holly Baptist Church.
The family would like to give a special thank you to Hospice of the Rapidan for all the support and compassion shown to Mrs. Campbell.
