Audrey Ella Nora Brown's Obituary
Audrey Ella Nora “Dollie” Brown, 83, of Fredericksburg passed away Saturday, October 22, 2011 at Mary Washington Hospital.
Dollie was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother. She is survived by two daughters, Linda L. Brown and Brenda B. Keckeis and three sons, Tim E. Brown, Sr. and his wife, Frankie, Wayne L. Brown, Sr. and his wife, Amy and Kenny W. Brown, Sr. all of Alexandria, VA; numerous loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren and a brother, Linwood Cochran of Roanoke, VA.
Dollie was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Luther Earl Brown, Jr. and two sisters, Frances Duckett and Mildred Hanks.
Dollie’s family will receive friends Wednesday, October 26, 2011 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Found and Sons Funeral Chapels-Cremation Service, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg. A graveside service will be held Thursday, October 27, 2011 at 11:00 am in Mount Comfort Cemetery, Alexandria, VA.
In lieu of flowers, Dollie’s family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Masonic Home of Virginia, 500 Masonic Lane, Henrico, VA 23223.
