Arlene U. Wood's Obituary
Arlene Utz Wood, 75, of Culpeper died Wednesday, April 20, 2011 at her residence. She was born December 27, 1935 in Madison to the late Edwin and Ethel Garr Utz.
She is survived by two sisters, Shirley Pritt and Patsy Utz, both of Culpeper, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Robert Kelly Wood, her daughter, Deborah Arlene Gonyeau and three siblings, Pearl Irene Utz, Myrtle Lee Myers and Tommy Nelson Utz.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2011 at 11 a.m. at Hillcrest Memory Gardens with Rev. John Farrar officiating.
The family would like to give a special thank you to Hospice of the Rapidan and to Mrs. Wood’s caregivers.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to Hospice of the Rapidan, P.O. Box 1715, Culpeper, VA 22701.
