Antonio Sandoval Ontiveros, Jr.'s Obituary
Antonio Sandoval Ontiveros, Jr., 38, of Culpeper, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, in Laurel Park, NC. He was born December 16, 1986, to Antonio Sandoval Ontiveros, Sr. and the late Denise Raynes in Rockingham County, VA.
Tony enjoyed being outside. He loved cooking, especially on the grill. He was an excellent cook. He loved fishing and playing football with his son, Matthew. Tony was a Washington Redskin fan. He played football when he was in Middle and High School. Tony's biggest joy was spending time with his children and wife. They meant everything to him.
Tony worked for Next Vision Services doing what he loved, and before that, he worked for Lewis Tree Service. He was a great guy with a big heart. Tony was a friend to anyone who knew him. He would do anything for you. He is going to be truly missed by his family and friends.
He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Jeanette Hartman Ontiveros of Culpeper; children, Larissa F. Ontiveros and Matthew W. Ontiveros, both of Culpeper; his father and stepmother, Antonio Sandoval Ontiveros, Sr. and Catalina Del Transito Villalta Ontiveros of Madison, VA; siblings, Benita M. Aizpuro (Roberto Sandoval) of Broadway, VA and Kevin Ontiveros of Culpeper; father- and mother-in-law, Lonnie Wayne and Tammy Hartman Jenkins; and a host of extended family and friends.
In addition to his mother, Tony is preceded in death by his brother, Felimon V. Aizpuro, II; and father-in-law, William E. Hartman.
A funeral service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, April 11, 2025, at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel of Culpeper, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA, with Rev. James Mack and Pastor Bruce Beeler officiating. The family will receive friends beginning at 5:00 p.m until service time.
