Anthony Wayne Tyler's Obituary
Anthony Wayne Tyler, 60, of Culpeper, better known as “Hot Dog” gained his wings on February 6, 2023. He was born on December 11, 1962 in Culpeper, VA to Edna Tyler and the late Alfred Woodrow Lewis, Jr.
There was nothing that Anthony wouldn’t do for you. His favorite saying was “Nothing but a G-thing baby”. He was a loveable person who would always keep everyone laughing. He had a heart of a lion. His smile was contagious, and it lit up any room he walked into. Anthony loved all his family good or bad.
He is preceded in death by his father, Alfred Woodrow Lewis, Jr.; his two sisters, Bernadette Lewis and Faye Tyler Ruffner; his wife, Lori “Peaches” Tyler.
He leaves to cherish in memory his loving mother, Edna Tyler; his two brothers, Bernard Lewis and Jackie Lewis; his three sisters, Paula Lewis, Constance Lewis and Ruth Starkes Thomas; two loving aunts, Deloris Hackley and Effie Tyler; one uncle, Oliver Tyler (Lillian Tyler); and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, and a special friend, Terry Tyler.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at 12pm at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper with Rev. White officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
