Annie Stribling's Obituary
Annie Carrington Stribling, 85 of Fauquier County, passed away Monday, September 14, 2009 at Culpeper Health and Rehab Center.
Annie is survived by her son, Wannie “Ike” Cook of Mechanicsville, VA; a brother, Herbert Carrington; two grandchildren, Wannie Cook and Timothy Cook and three great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford; four brothers, Eugene Carrington, James Carrington, Allison Carrington and Samuel Carrington and a sister, Majorie Cooper.
Annie’s family will receive friends Saturday, September 19, 2009 from 10:00-11:00 am at Found and Sons Funeral Chapels – Cremation Service, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg with a funeral service following at 11:00 am with the Rev. Rick Ritchie officiating. Burial will follow in Stafford Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that expressions of sympathy be made in the form of donations in Annie’s name to the Piedmont Dialysis Patient Fund, 430 South Ridge Parkway, Culpeper, VA 22701.
