Annie Louise Sparks' Obituary
Annie Louise Sparks, 84, of Culpeper died Sunday, February 21, 2016 at Culpeper Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born July 22, 1931 in Tazewell, VA to the late Frank and Grace Mabe Anderson.
Mrs. Sparks was a member of Culpeper Chapter 1639 Women of the Moose for many years, helping with Sunday breakfasts and bingo. She helped with many fundraisers but the one most dear to her heart was spearheading a fundraiser for her birthplace when they were hit with a devastating flood several years ago. She spent many hours at the Lodge home for people to drop off cleaning supplies and donations and had them delivered to the area. She also enjoyed playing bingo there and couldn't wait for Tuesday nights. She also enjoyed spending time with family, either in person or on the phone. Many hours were passed playing Yatzee with her mother in her later years.
