Annie Betty Brown's Obituary
Annie Betty Brown, 82, of Woodford passed away Monday, October 11, 2010 at Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center.
She was a long-time member of Jehovah’s Witness, currently a member of the Massaponax Congregation. Annie was an avid gardener and she loved flowers.
Affectionately known of Weezie by her children, she is survived by two sons, George and Charlie Brown, both of Woodford; six daughters, Mary Wright and her husband, Daniel, Alice Brown and Juanita Brown, all of Woodford, Deloris LeVere and her husband, Wayne of Warsaw, Julia Logan and her husband, Ronald and Rose Brown and her finance, Tyrone Thrower, all of Richmond; eleven grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry and two sons, Henry Brown and Herman Coleman.
Annie’s family will receive friends Friday, October 15, 2010 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Found and Sons Funeral Chapels-Cremation Service, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg. A funeral service will be held Saturday, October 16, 2010 at 2:00 pm at the funeral chapel with Brother Edward Winters officiating. Interment will follow in Kingdom Hall Cemetery, Ruther Glen.
