Anibal (Andy) Peña's Obituary
Anibal (Andy) Peña, 61, of Spotsylvania County, Virginia succumbed to cancer at home surrounded by his family on July 12, 2023.
Andy is survived by his wife of 20 years, Amy; daughter, Caitlin; mother, Gloria Sanchez; sister, Amy Vasconcellos; brother, Edwin Peña Sr.; and many loving nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Norberto Sanchez Jr.; and fathers, Isidoro Peña and Norberto Sanchez Sr.
Andy was a loving father, husband, son, and brother.
Andy was a 20-year veteran of the United States Navy. After retirement, he continued his career as a Technical Trainer for the past 22 years at Lockheed Martin based out of Dahlgren, Virginia. He began playing guitar from a young age and his passion for music continued throughout his life. He also enjoyed spending time with his family; traveling, hiking and exploring new restaurants.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 28, 2023 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg.
