Andrew Clayton Wynham Sr.'s Obituary
Andrew Clayton Wynham, Sr., 64, of Madison, died Sunday, March 24, 2024 at the University of Virginia Hospital in Charlottesville. He was born May 13, 1959 in Charlottesville to the late Clayton Wynham and Barbara Peters.
Andy was a member of Rochelle Christian Church and a veteran of the US Air Force. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, being outdoors, hiking in the caves and treasure hunting in New Mexico. He loved spending time with his family and was always taking care of his daughter, Maddie.
Andy is survived by his wife, Neely Lewis; four children, Drew Wynham, Daniel Wynham (Caitlin), Sterling Wynham, and Maddie Wynham; three stepdaughters, Molly Watson, Casey Watson, and Tessa Watson; four grandkids, Josie-Cate, Bryce, Lyvi-Ray, and Henry; three brothers, Stuart Wynham, Jim Call, and Leonard Peters; and four sisters, Susan Foltz, Mary Ann Kutik, Katherine Sears (Jim), and Tammy Mogul.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one son, James “Mookey” Wynham; one brother, Jimmy Peters; one sister, Nancy Vanassee; and his stepfather, Frank Peters.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Monday, April 1, 2024 at Found and Son Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel.
Interment will follow at Culpeper National Cemetery.
