Ana Elizabeth Gazaway's Obituary
Ana Elizabeth Gazaway, 28, of Fredericksburg, Virginia lost a long, difficult battle with addiction on October 5, 2019.
Ana was a charismatic and beautiful woman who was grieving her mother Betsy, who passed away unexpectedly last week.
As a child, Ana loved to sing and dance and dress up. She always wanted to be involved with whatever her big sisters were doing. She was funny and clever and a joy to be around when she was happy.
Nobody decides to be an addict when they grow up. Ana recovered and relapsed many times before her lifestyle caught up with her. If you or someone you know is struggling with addiction, please seek and accept help.
Her father, stepmother, brother, sisters, and two children now mourn the loss of two loved ones in a short time. Her family will be honoring her memory in a private service. They request that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to, To Write Love On Her Arms www.twloha.com.
