Amy Johanna Thurston's Obituary
Amy Johanna Thurston, beloved wife and mother, passed away Friday, August 24, 2018 at her residence in Spotsylvania, VA at the age of 36.
Amy was born on May 5, 1982 to her parents, Isabella Wade and Paul Loving in Fredericksburg, VA. She married Dwayne Andrew Thurston on May 2, 2009 in Spotsylvania.
Amy is survived by her husband, Dwayne Thurston; three sons, Elisha Graves, Dwayne Thurston, Jr. and Damyin Thurston; her parents, Isabella Wade and Paul Loving; her brother, Gene (Sarah) Loving; her sister, Haley Loving; her father-in-law, Donald (Debbie) Thurston, Sr.; her brother-in-law, Donald (Christin) Thurston, Jr.; her sister-in-law, Melissa Thurston; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her cherished grandmother, Maria Swaringen.
Amy was a kind person with a big heart. She loved the Lord and her family dearly. She was loved by many and will be missed tremendously.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Friday, September 7, 2018 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel of Fredericksburg. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 8, 2018 in the funeral home chapel.
