Alice Pullen Beahm's Obituary
Alice Pullen Beahm, 85, of Rappahannock County, died on May 3, 2014 while residing at Loving Arms Assistant Living in Front Royal, VA. She was born June 18, 1928 to the late Romie and Minnie Atkins Pullen in Rappahannock County, .
Alice had work for some time at Fauquier Democrat and enjoyed her house cleaning business giving her the opportunity to clean many of the homes of her friends and neighbors throughout the community, yet she greatly enjoyed spending most of her time working on the farm.
Alice survived by her daughter Carolyn Beahm of Washington, VA, her loving niece, Linda Clark and her husband John along with their family, one brother, Ronnie Pullen of Glen Bernie, MD, and one sister Peggy Huff of Washington, VA and many nieces, nephews, cousins, loving neighbors and friends.
In addition to her parents Alice is preceded in death by her step mother Mae Pullen, her husband George W. Beahm, one sister, Dorothy Ralls and six brothers, Elmer Pullen, Russell Pullen, Charlie Pullen, Clyde Pullen, Silas Pullen and John Pullen.
A Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at 2pm at the Washington Masonic Cemetery with the Pastor William “Bill” Taylor officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contribution may be made to Rappahannock County Senior Center 111 Scrabble Road, Castleton, VA 22716 and/or Blue Ridge Hospice, 11 W. 2nd St. Front Royal, VA 22630.
