Alexander Lapaz's Obituary
Alexander Lapaz, of Culpeper died Thursday, April 24, 2014 at the University of Virginia Medical Center. He was born October 17, 1958 in New York City to the late Hector and Edna Lapaz.
Mr. Lapaz was an avid wrestling fan.
He is survived by his children, Elizabeth Angela Lapaz of Culpeper, Bonnie Appelt and her husband, John of Culpeper and Daniel Davidson; his grandchildren, Stacey, Garrett and Patrick Appelt; his siblings, Margo Walsh, Mike Lapaz, Joy Walsh; sisters-in-law, Henrietta Scott and Andrea Thompson; and nieces and nephews, Paul, Joshua and Anna; as well numerous other family members.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth Ann Lapaz.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 30, 2014 from 7 to 9 pm at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 1, 2014 at 2 pm at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel.
Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery.
