Alaya Isabella Camille Haines, infant daughter of Amanda Haines, passed away on Monday, May 16, 2016 at UVA Culpeper Hospital.
She is survived by her mother; four siblings, Deasiah Bryant, Allison Settle, Richard Settle, III and Dylan Haines; and grandparents, Robert and Diane Haines.
Services will be private.
