Jim was a very caring and dedicated person for countless years in youth sports in Culpeper. He was always willing to give of his time and energy to help the youth of the community. He will be missed and remembered fondly.
I am so sorry to hear of James passing. I will always remember his dedication and hard work for the children of our county and Rappahannock in Little League Baseball and Softball and Youth Football. Most of it was behind the scenes without the recognition he deserved. He will be truly missed.
