Peggy W. Breeden

Peggy W. Breeden, 85 of Culpeper, Va. peacefully passed away in the comfort of her home on Saturday, May 7, 2022. Mrs. Breeden was born in Charlottesville, Va. to Reuben Beverly Weaver and Nannie Belle Weaver on December 29, 1936. She devoted her life to her children and was a loving wife for 61 years. Surviving Mrs. Breeden are her children Lynn Parker and her husband Philip, Donna Wise and her husband, Gary, and Dale Breeden. Her grandchildren, Mindy Lavoie, Shelly Plaster and her husband, Seth, Kristin Southard and her husband, Justin, Nathan Wise and his wife, Kelsey, and Ryan Parker. Her great-grandchildren Sarah, Anna, Amelia and Alistair Plaster, R.J. Parker, and Jack and Wyatt Wise. Her siblings, Alice Bennett and Junior Weaver. She was preceded in death by her husband Irvin Dale Breeden, her parents, and her sister Ruby Hawkins. The family will receive friends and family on Friday, May 13th from 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. at Found and Sons.
