Laurie Ann Bishop, 63, of Front Royal, died Friday, May 6, 2022 at her home. She was born February 24, 1959 in Arlington, VA to the late Edwin and Dale Bishop. Laurie had a gypsy soul. She loved music, wine, and spending time with the ones she loved. She was a good person who was loved by everyone who knew her. Laurie worked in the assisted living industry for 25 years, something she found to be her calling after caring for her own mother. In her travels she moved from Virginia Beach, California, the Carolinas and back home to Virginia. She is survived by two children, Jenna Motta (Bryan) and Neal Spencer (Jackie); the father of her children, Allen Spencer; two brothers, Andy Bishop and Craig Bishop (Denise); three grandchildren, Nate Spencer, Bryson Motta, and Juliet Ryerson; one niece, Robin Bishop; and one nephew, Steven Bishop. A viewing will be held from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 14, 2022 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, followed by a celebration of life at Mediterranean Breeze Restaurant, 20693 Ashburn Rd #100, Ashburn, VA 20147.
