Linda, You have been an inspiration in my life since I met you over 30 years ago. I love that smile you always wear every time I see you, to be honest I cannot recall seeing you upset.

I remembered when we were in LPN school, I was upset for scoring a 95% on a test, and you says Denise it’s ok why are you upset? you assured me that I will be just fine. When I work with you at the Healthcare center, you were amazing, you were loved by everyone. You made such a difference in the lives of the patients and staff.

I saw you about 3 weeks ago in the hospital and that was the first time that I ever seen you without a smile and that worried me. During your stay in Ccu, I would always find time during the night shift, just to sit by your bedside and hold your hand. I sang for you and I prayed for you. You are in a better place and I hope your family will find peace with you leaving them so soon. You will be missed my friend. We love you but Jesus loves you best. Denise Lewis.

I met Linda at Faith Christian Church in Warrenton, We served in two ministries together, the worship team and the outreach ministry Operation Hugs. Linda would spend every Saturday with the team ministering to the children in the community. When the leader of that ministry Miss Jean took ill Linda was there for her everyday praying, encouraging and being an Awesome Friend. I know this because Linda kept me informed of everything up to the day Miss Jean went to be with the Lord. Linda was also a Blessing to me my family and especially my mother, she would visit with my mom in the nursing home, she would cook some of her favorite foods, she treated her as if she were her own mother. What A Blessing !! My mom Loved Her Very Much. She Was there For my Mom also until she went to be with the Lord. I know Linda’s passion was Loving and Serving The Lord her Family and Friends !! I also Believe there may be others but I know my Mother and Miss Jean were Standing There With Jesus on January 17th to Welcome Linda’s Awesome Spirit Into The Kingdom Of Heaven. To the Family & Friends Linda will be there with Jesus too greet you when you arrive.
